Đây là nội dung hướng dẫn call hoặc gửi mail cho Amazon để giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến tài khoản người bán, hy vọng giúp ích được các anh chị em đang cần nhé.
A. CALL TO AMAZON
- Gọi để giải quyết trực tiếp vấn đề liên quan đến tài khoản
- Gọi để xúc tiến quá trình giải quyết tài khoản cho nhanh hơn
- Gọi để thay các thông tin liên quan đến tài khoản an toàn hơn
- Tạo case cho amz về vấn đề mình muốn làm.
1. Những trường hợp nào có thể giải quyết được ngay khi call
+ TH muốn thay đổi thông tin liên quan đến tài khoản, khi tài khoản vẫn đang active
+ TH muốn thay PO nhưng không nhớ số PO cũ để xác minh
+ Tất cả các TH bên support đều hứa sẽ giải quyết sớm, nhưng sẽ tùy vào người mà bạn gặp được nữa.
2. Những trường hợp Amz không support ngay qua call (phải gửi mail)
+ Tạo case
+ Tất cả những TH khác ngoài mục 1
3. Cần chuẩn bị thông tin gì trước khi call
+ Mail đăng ký tài khoản Amazon : đánh vần cho họ nghe, học lại bảng chữ cái TA abcd
+ 4 số cuối của thẻ VISA
+ Địa chỉ đăng ký : đọc bằng Tiếng Việt
+ Số điện thoại đã đăng ký với amazon ( có nhiều TH support sẽ gửi code về sdt này để xác minh, Nếu không còn sdt đó, thì phải update sang sdt khác)
+ App Authy / Authentication
4. Nên gọi vào khung giờ nào

+ UK : 3h chiều trở

I called the Customer service center with numbers : +18662161072 and asked the reason for suspension of my account. She asked my email id and the last 4 digits of my credit card number. I told her everything and she asked me to appeal to the site and answer the 4 questions.

B. MAIL TO AMAZON

I called the Customer service center with numbers : +18662161072 and asked the reason for suspension of my account. She asked my email id and the last 4 digits of my credit card number. I told her everything and she asked me to appeal to the site and answer the 4 questions.
1. As a new seller,I don’t know much about restricted product violations. That why I made a mistake with this product, I took a research about your policy, and now i am sure that, in the future there is no more cracker product.
2. I recruit more seasonal staff during peak periods such as Christmas, New Year …before they upload they must to check carefully about everything which related to your policy to make sure its safe for customers
3. I already recruited 10 customer care staffs to ensure our customers are well cared for.
4. we have refunded to buyers and make sure they receive sincere apologies from us.
5. we recruit more seasonal staff during peak periods such as Christmas, New Year …

*** Steps we take to prevent the next incident.
1. reset and tightening the management system, our packaging and shipment confirmation procedures must be synchronized.
2. closely monitor orders that have been and are being shipped promptly to customers, not to let customers not know where their packages are.
3. improve inventory management system to avoid out of stock.

The reason(s) I was selling allegedly infringing products and/or uploaded allegedly infringing content.
I called the Customer service center with numbers: +18662161072 and asked the reason for suspension of my account. She asked my email id and the last 4 digits of my credit card number. I told her everything and she asked me to appeal to the site and answer the 4 questions.

3. My account has suspended one time before, then Amazon reactived my account, after that i dont list any products to my store as i promised . please check it for me.
*** Steps we take to prevent the next incident.
1. Deleted those products forever,never happens again, you can check it in my store.
2. improve inventory management system to avoid any bad supplier from China, instead of, i will try to choose products from USA, to help customer satisfy
3. I recruited a proffessional person about researching good products and from now on every product when i upload will be selected carefully to ensure that customers will receive their order on time.
4. I am Sure i will check my procducts carefully, one by one.
5. I will not list products by tool any more, i will do it by my hands, list very slowly and carefully to check.
6. I have been stop list products in a month and spend time for research about Amazon Policy, now i am keep doing on it the this thing happened again.
Please if is there any thing i need to do, can you recommend for me, i feel very frustrated with this case, thank you!
Please help me to resolve this issue and reactivate my account to use. Thanks for your co-operation regarding this issue.

Tittle: I cant Login
Dear Amazon seller support,
I write this email after many time I call to Seller Support with reason that your website inadvertently disclosed my name and email address due to a technical error. i have been waited several days to fix this problem but until now my problem cant still be solved.
My problem: I cant login my Account although I type correct my password but i tell that incorrec password. I also try to change my password but i cant login with notice like picture in this link:

I hope this is the last time i write to you about this issue. Quickly fix this problem for me. It effect so much to my business.

Yes, my account has been deactivated in error and I don’t hold any other accounts on Amazon. This is the first time I created this account. Please help me to resolve this issue and reactivate my account to use. Thanks for your co-operation regarding this issue.
